COMM 4105 - Opinion and Editorial Writing

This hands-on course builds on writing and critical thinking skills. Students practice the techniques of column, editorial and blog writing. Students generate ideas, conduct research to support their stand and write opinion pieces suitable for publication. Students will be expected to participate in student media. Upon successful completion, students will be able to contribute opinions grounded in factual information and critical thinking.
