COMM 3601 - Emerging Technology

The course will introduce students to the new and emerging technologies involved in multi-media design and production. These technologies will include both audio innovations in sound design software as well as software for video compositing and web design. Students will explore the intersection of technology and design with attention to careers in user experience, project management, graphic design, front-end web development, digital communications, and podcasting, to name a few.
