COMM 3304 - Crisis Communication Management

This course introduces students to the principles and practices of crisis management, focusing on communication tactics and strategies during a crisis. Upon successful completion of this hands-on course, students will be able to provide guidelines and a general contingent plan for an organization/company of choice.
