MSWK 6779 - Leadership, Resource Development, Management, and Service Delivery Credits: 3 This will be required course in Administration Specialization. It will teach CSWE’s mandatory competencies in Human Rights, Social Policy, Diversity and Ethics. Students will also learn how to institute ethical leadership, foster fair and equitable work environment, advance human rights, diversity, social and environmental justice in a dynamic context. It is aimed at educating learners with the appropriate, relevant, and essential knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead and manage programs that serve individuals, families, groups, communities, organizations at various levels; including but not limited to state, national, international or global level positions. Thus, to be able to effectively lead and manage systems, programs, policies, and processes at the micro, mezzo, exo, and macro levels of leadership effectively in either public, private, profit, or nonprofit organizations.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of Foundation Year- 30 Credit hours
