The course is designed to give the student an excellent opportunity to develop creativeness and individuality through the medium of jazz band (Big Band Jazz) and its literature. The selected jazz band literature is designed to facilitate the student achieving the maximum level of technical proficiency, musical understanding, expressive performance, improvisational skills and musical taste.
