A course presenting topics in algebra in a manner that will prepare students to study trigonometry and to manage their present andfuture daily mathematical needs. Topics included are the real number system, functions and polynomials, inequalities (first andsecond degree), systems of equations, and operations with exponential numbers (including radicals).
