The SSU certificate in film is designed for students who want to pursue a BA in Mass Communications with a film emphasis, but will complete only three hours on of internship/practicum internship, COMM 4902 , professional
internship, instead of the six hours required by the Georgia Film Academy certification. Students pursuing this certificate should follow the regular BA in Mass Communications degree grid and use this certificate in lieu of a minor.
